Paris Attitude Vente undertakes nothing without the owner of the apartment signing a contract, a legal obligation without which the Paris Attitude Vente team will not start selling a property. Furthermore, every contract will be dated, and the period during which the agency will keep it in its portfolio will be stipulated when it is signed.
Hence, Paris Attitude Vente is committed to being clear with the owners who decide to entrust it with the sale of their property.
Negotiation
Paris Attitude Vente is committed to full transparency with regard to the buyers as well as the sellers of the property it presents.
First bidders have priority over all others all through the negotiations, unless, of course, they withdraw.
Fees
The Paris Attitude Vente agency fees are broken down as follows:
- € 10,000 including VAT for property valued at less than € 210,000
- 5% of the amount of the sale including VAT for property exceeding € 210 000
